Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

CIC energiGUNE is seeking a postdoctoral researcher to work on understanding and improving interphases for sodium batteries and capacitors in the framework of an individual MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowship.

Job functions:

  • Probe the stability and integrity of solid electrolyte interphases in Na-based systems with conventional and non-conventional electrolytes and additives under different electrochemical routines.
  • Conduct chemical and morphological analysis of electrode interphase using surface analysis techniques.
  • Characterize materials and interphases by complementary physicochemical characterization methods whenever appropriate.
  • Analyze and generalize characterization results, give conclusions, and provide ideas to improve interphases.
  • Disseminate project results through high-impact publications.
